This role
is
based
in
Caman Islands
. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on and enthusiastic Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our Cayman Islands office. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in a professional office environment. The role includes a combination of office upkeep, basic administrative tasks, vendor coordination, and general support to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your Daily Tasks 

The following are the Tasks linked to the Core Responsibilities that will be expected as part of this role:

 


1. Office Maintenance & Cleanliness: 

Include (but not limited to) the following tasks: 

  • Ensure the office is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times 
  • Maintain cleanliness of communal areas such as kitchen, meeting rooms, and bathrooms 
  • Restock supplies such as toiletries, kitchen items, and stationery 
  • Ordering, collecting and replenishing daily office essentials (groceries, office snacks, etc.). 


2. Vendor & Facilities Coordination 

Include (but not limited to) the following tasks: 

  1. Liaise with external service providers (maintenance contractors, courier services, etc) 
  1. Arrange for routine office maintenance and repairs as needed 
  1. Monitor and manage office supplies inventory 
  1. Provide assistance during meetings and events, including setting up rooms and refreshments. 

 

3. Administrative Support: 

Include (but not limited to) the following tasks: 

  1. Assist with filing, scanning, and general documentation 
  1. Support basic data entry and internal communication 
  1. Support the Work Permit coordination of the Cayman based team 
  1. Support the workplace operations and Employee Experience teams with ad-hoc projects 

 

5. General Coordination: 

Include (but not limited to) the following tasks: 

  1. Assist with onboarding tasks such as preparing welcome kits or workstations 
  1. Support ad-hoc office duties as assigned by the People & Workplace team or other departments 
  1. Driving and owning the office snack/canteen process. 
  1. Support the social committee with administrative arrangements for social events.

  • No prior office experience – training will be provided 
  • A strong sense of responsibility and a willingness to learn 
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor 
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team 
  • Must be based in the Cayman Islands and legally eligible to work 
  • Fluent in English (writing & speaking).
