We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager to join a leading investment management team in the Cayman Islands.
This critical role supports the smooth functioning of trade settlement, cash operations, and collateral management while maintaining operational excellence across the business. The Operations Manager will work closely with both Back and Front Office teams to resolve operational issues, manage daily cash flows, and uphold rigorous compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or related area.
- A professional accounting designation (i.e., CFA, CPA) along with an investment-related qualification (i.e., Canadian Securities Course) would be beneficial.
- Proven experience working in trading or back-office operations of an investment company along with strong knowledge of various financial instruments.
- Solid understanding of the business operations within an investment management company.
