Ensure safety in Utility plant Operations& Maintenance Ensure Compliance to PCB norms in all Utility Operations Responsible for efficient Operations and Maintenance of Compressors, Dryers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, HVAC, Dehumidifiers, Vacuum system, all Piping network and other auxiliaries. Responsible for efficient distribution of all utilities across the plant Responsible for supply of all utilities as per quality standards and Specifications to the end user departments Training and development of O&M team Implement and ensure all systems like 5S, QCC, WCM in place Minimise the losses in operations Ensure all Utility KPIs such as Sp Steam, Sp Water, Sp Power, Sp Air consumptions with in plant Target Ensure Equipment uptime, 100% PM adherence To play key role in improving the awareness on Energy and Water conservation across the plant team, Continuous improvement through implementing best practices, 5S, QCC projects, Water & Energy conservation projects etc.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements (Abilities / Knowledge & Expertise in field) |

Competencies (Technical / Functional) Sound knowledge in AFBC Boiler, Compressors, Chillers, Pumps, CT, HVAC Operations, water chemistry Good awareness in various latest technology in Boilers, water treatment equipment, Process cooling systems etc. Good communication skills Team building Skills -Motivate and drive the team of people -Data analysis and Troubleshooting of various challenges in Boilers, Cola plant water treatment plants, Compressors and other Utility facilities.. |
Qualifications BE/B Tech Mechanical Preferred to have BOE from AP State/Central/or any other state with endorsement of directorate of Boilers, AP Specific Requirement (if any) Awareness on PCB industrial norms
