CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop annual strategic and operational plans for vehicle parts and supplies management
  • Direct and control the inventory management of vehicle parts
  • Prepare and facilitates the consolidation of parts orders
  • Prepare and analyse monthly reports to determine strategy
  • Develop systems for receiving, shipping, logging, tracking and controlling all parts and related documentation daily
  • Directs an annual physical inventory and maintains a perpetual inventory bin-maintenance system
  • Conduct daily analyses to forecast potential issues with inventory management
  • Perform any other related duties

  

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Inventory Management or a related field
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Displayed knowledge of inventory management software and forecasting strategies
  • Displayed knowledge of the automotive industry.
  • Ten years’ experience in a Parts Department
