CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop annual strategic and operational plans for vehicle parts and supplies management
- Direct and control the inventory management of vehicle parts
- Prepare and facilitates the consolidation of parts orders
- Prepare and analyse monthly reports to determine strategy
- Develop systems for receiving, shipping, logging, tracking and controlling all parts and related documentation daily
- Directs an annual physical inventory and maintains a perpetual inventory bin-maintenance system
- Conduct daily analyses to forecast potential issues with inventory management
- Perform any other related duties
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Inventory Management or a related field
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Displayed knowledge of inventory management software and forecasting strategies
- Displayed knowledge of the automotive industry.
- Ten years’ experience in a Parts Department
