Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment.
Replenishment: Replenish guest room supplies, such as linens, towels, toiletries, and amenities, ensuring adequate stock for guest use.
Guest Requests: Promptly respond to guest requests for additional supplies, services, or information, providing excellent customer service.
Maintenance: Report any maintenance issues or room damages to the supervisor to ensure prompt repair and upkeep of guest rooms.
Communication: Communicate effectively with the housekeeping team and other hotel staff to ensure efficient coordination and guest satisfaction.
Flexibility: Must be able to work in other housekeeping areas as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
