Position Overview:

Job Bridge Global is excited to announce an opportunity for skilled Welders to join our team from January to May 2025, working on a variety of projects across the UK.

About the Role:

As a Welder, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and integrity of various industrial projects. You will be responsible for welding components and structures, adhering to the highest quality standards while following safety protocols. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of projects in sectors including Oil & Gas, Nuclear, and Renewable Energy.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform welding operations using various techniques including TIG, MIG, and Stick welding. TIG and Stick are a minimum requirement.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
  • Inspect completed welds for quality control and compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and ensure project specifications are met.
  • Assist in the troubleshooting of welding machinery and tools as needed.
  • Keep detailed records of work performed, including materials used and time spent.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Welder with relevant certifications.
  • Strong proficiency in multiple welding techniques TIG, and Stick.
  • Must have a clean Certificate of Character.
  • Knowledge of welding safety regulations and proper handling of equipment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Able to pass drug and alcohol tests as required.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
