POSITION TITLE: Cosmetic Customer Service
Representative
REPORTS
TO: Branch Manager
JOB SUMMARY: The Cosmetic Customer Service Representative will have knowledge of
colours, patterns and floor sets. Their job is to communicate with the Branch
Manager, to work out the floor layout and display points, as well as how and
what items are to be displayed. They are
responsible for maintaining a compelling presentation of Merchandise that will
help engage customers and in turn help stimulate Sales activities.
1. ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Ensures that
products are stored in an orderly fashion
- Ensure that
Cosmetic Displays are replenished and completed in accordance to merchandising
layouts
- Ensure
Planograms are consistently updated in conjunction with Company’s guidelines
- Manages
Modules and Cosmetic Stands in conjunction with Branch Management ensuring that
all are in stock for effective display of products and carefully handled.
- Support
Replenishing the Cosmetic Department categories (Nail, Eyelashes, Nail Polish,
Facial Masks, Skin Care, Make Up and all related categories under this
department)
- Ensures that
all relevant Cosmetics are placed out for Sales.
- Ensures that
items have security barcodes on each item (where applicable).
- Ensures that
all items are priced – making sure pricing and other details are easily
visible.
- Support
Management Team in ordering replacement stock.
- Contributes
to sales in this section, upselling in store products and services.
- Application
of in store make up, eyelashes and eyebrows.
- Support
Management Team in creating make up themed looks to promote products.
- Contribute
to sales through personal sales targets.
- Assist in
general store cleanliness.
- Other
duties as required by Management
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Prior
Experience in a similar environment would be an asset
- Prior
Experience with Visual Merchandizing
- Strong
Fashion sense
- 4
CXC Subjects or equivalent qualifications.
- Customer
Service Skills

Good sense of colour, design,
positive and upbeat attitude, communication and organizational skills,
flexibility, reliability, customer oriented, ability to multitask, attention to
detail, trustworthy, dependable, pleasant, team player result driven, high level of attention to detail
and highly observant.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to regularly lift up to 50
pounds must be able to meet demands of frequent standing, walking, stooping,
kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling and must be able to stand for long hours.
