We are currently seeking a qualified professional to assist our client's e-commerce business, support marketing initiatives, and handle customer engagement—primarily focused on Canada and the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, keywords).
- Monitor listing performance and suggest improvements.
- Track inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock.
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouses for replenishment.
- Process and confirm orders.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, messages, and reviews.
- Generate sales, advertising, and inventory reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance.
- Administrative tasks
Requirements - Experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant, Amazon Seller Central Manager, or similar role.
- Proficient in Amazon Seller Central platform.
- Familiarity with Amazon FBA and FBM processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data management.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
